SumrAI is an AI-powered content platform that provides multiple services including content summarization and content generation (Write4Me). The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to process, analyze, and generate text content.

Our services include:

• Content Summarization: Generate concise summaries of longer texts
• Write4Me: AI-powered content generation with various formatting options
• Document Formatting: Convert content to different academic formats (MLA, APA, etc.)

3. Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription tiers (Standard and Pro) with varying features and usage limits. Each tier has specific daily limits for content generation and regeneration. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Usage limitations:

• Free tier: Up to 1,000 words per generation, 5 free trials
• Standard tier: Up to 2,000 words per generation, 20 generations per 24 hours
• Pro tier: Up to 3,000 words per generation, 50 generations per 24 hours
• Fair usage policies for API access and requests
• Daily limits reset every 24 hours and do not accumulate

6. Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit to or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant SumrAI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process the content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

For AI-generated content:

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content
• You maintain ownership of the final content while granting us license to process and store it

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding data collection, storage, and processing.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes to these terms. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content.
